Loving the game for the 20 mins I get to play, but the screen/game often crashes. Mostly after (or sometimes during a loading screen). After which I can still hear myself moving, unsheathing a weapon, getting attacked etc. but its frozen on the screen.
Tried a quick Google but didn't find anything relevant to my issues. Tried playing with settings but to no avail. Thanks.
No mods were installed before the issue, I've tried deleting the .ini files and verifying through steam, I've also tried a complete reinstall of Skyrim and Enderal to no avail.
Here's a video of it in action, you can hear me swinging, jumping, even attacking the NPC by accident but its frozen (bug starts at 1:50)
Also, here are my save files:

Game freezes but I can still move in the background

hi, welcome to the forum
can you play Skyrim (and other games in general) without such issues?
could you attach a savegame (no auto- or quicksave) please?
they're found in (...\Documents\My Games\Enderal)
we'll need the *.ess and the *.skse file; pack both to a zip/rar/whatever archive,
(the forum doesn't accept *.skse)
thank you

EDIT:
While Googling it seems this is an issue for people but with no real fix which is painful to see. Most people have issues with their 90+ mods on Skyrim causing the issue but I don't have any so I have no idea.

that sounds like a hardware issue then
(I played with your save for a good, crashfree 40min+)
could you check the Windows Event Viewer (at least with win10 right click on start button) directly after such a freeze?
something like this should show in Custom Views -> Administrative Events.
is there something of interest in the list on the right?
what hardware are you using (GPU, CPU, RAM)?
are you running win10? are that and your drivers (GPU most importantly) up to date?
something might be running hot, you can check this with tools like GPU-Z or HWMonitor.
maybe the fan needs to be cleaned (or doesn't get enough ventilation for some other reason)?
otherwise it might be a defective hardware, graphics card would be most likely, or maybe RAM.
