Phasmalist problem

Hi, I must be missing something obvious, but I cannot summon my Apparition. I collected a soul, crafted "Talisman: marksman, Yera Shadowsong" and epuiped it. I have a power called "Summon Apparition", but when I use it, nothing happens and I ony get a message "Currently you do not have an apparition summoned". Are there any other prerequisits to be met before an appartition can be summoned?

there are two different powers, one is "summon", which teleports the apparition near you,
the other one should be called "Conjure Apparition" to conjure one.
you may need to unlock another perk to get it

Ah yes, I needed one more memmory point. I did not think about that. By the way, both powers have the same name: "Summon Apparition", that is silightly confusing.

yeah, the devs are aware of this (patchnotes) - the names will be fixed in the next patch
