So after looking for 1 and a half ingame days, searching, most of the unlocked houses in de barracks and noble quarters, I am still unable to find Novice Elia.
I am comepletely stumped as to where I am supposed to find her, and would appreciate some help.

It has been awhile, but if I recall, she was kneeling at a tombstone in the Ark graveyard.
Could you tell me where this graveyard is approximately located?
