So I deposited 2k pennies in my bank account, I should be getting about 50-60 pennies a day but every couple of days I check my account my money stays the same, is this happening to anyone else? If so can somebody tell me how to fix it.

Do you have the current game version (1.2.5.0)?
How old is your savegame?
Do you have installed mods?
Could you upload a suitabele savegame? Found in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves, we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save.
Pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

Searching the Enderal forum for "bank interest" will show that a number of people had the same problem back in Aug-Sept 2016 not long after the English version was released. I didn't find anything about bank interest in the bug tracker, either. So it would appear that either this is not a bug or it hasn't been reported as a bug.

There was a bug in 2016. But it's already fixed.

I checked and I have the current version , here is my save file, I started playing not too long ago, maybe more than half a month.

We also need the skse file to get more information.
For technical reasons you can not upload the skse format in the forum. You have to convert the file to zip or rar.
And then better a hard- and no quicksave.

But in any case, your quicksave works correctly with us!
Ask the banker for your account overview and go to sleep for 24 hours.
