Companion Romance - Did I miss something?

So I've got a save right before the ending sequence is essentially locked in, but I can't seem to get the next stage of the companion quests.

I did all the first five stages of "Two Souls" and "Every Day like the last", and I'm sure I garnered a decent amount of approval. But I don't see any way to get any further. Jespar can only start the ending and Calia is stuck in the Curarium with that same line over and over. I really hope I didn't lock myself out completely.

The last part of the companions quests should happen on the Starship on the way to the Starcity.

Frankly after the Starship started you should have gotten a quest update with a quest marker which asks you to meet Jespar/Calia in the Starship.

Didn't you get it? Do you perhaps have a save from before you started with the Starship?
