Black Stones - missing quests[solved]

could someone pleeease give me a hint where to find black stones? I've found only one (Jespar's sister's) and I've got no idea where to find the rest of them. I've been in Undercity in Apothecary, but npcs don't have any dialogues...

Umm but the quest marker leads you directly to them? In the Undercity, you have to talk to the old lady in charge of the hospital and Calia will show up with info about it. For the last one, you need to bribe the bouncer in front of one of the Noble's Houses.

I have "Salvation of us all" quest active, but there are no markers... The Apothecarii lady and guard have no dialogue.

Seems like maybe the other quests didn't start right....

Don't know how to start them though :S

If you didn't do anything except Jespars Quest, maybe you could reload an earlier save and see if the quests start then?

yes, it looks like I didn't get quests "Angel" and "A song in the silence" when I read Lexil's Notes. I managed to start them via console, also reloading older save file helped as well.
here are console commands, in case someone have similar problem:
