Level-Up [solved]

Heyy Everyone!!!
I have a quick question / possible support needed problem. The "Level Up" reminder is continually showing in my game {bottom right middle-ish area}. It's even showing at the start of a new game straight away {and I've tried making a new game a few different times}. In my current play through I've meditated and spent all my points and always picked health/mana/stamina when it appears when I increase my level. My husband is also having the same problem on his own separate computer.

Is anyone else having the same problem and/or know how to fix it?

Noob question. I get the on screen menu that lets me level up my health, mana.... But I've had an on screen "Level Up!" for the past 2 hours and I have no clue how to get rid of it, aka level up. I pressed Z and went into the other world and upgraded. That didnt do the trick. I've pressed Tab like I would in Skyrim, but the top of the star is gone in Enderal. What do I do? Thanks.

Try pressing "H" - just guessing cause thats the only flashing message I saw initally. It does that a lot at first, then stops altogether later. I guess they were scripting it that way to be guideful. The Hero screen is non-interactable, but you can figure out the game and where to take your character by looking at it...

There seems to be a problem with the message "Level Up!" never leaving, though you did everything right to level up. A possible workaround is described here. I hope that helps.

I just started noticing this, I thought it might be a glitch due to a mod at first, so I tried creating a new game, same issue. So I just decided to delete Enderal and skyrim, including the ini files. Reinstalled the game again, with no mods this time and the problem is still there, included is a screenshot of what I am talking about, at the bottom of the screen it has a L 1 ! in white letters.

OK, I discovered the problem, thought I'm not sure how to fix it, I only have the problem when I put the game at 4k, if I drop it to 1080p the text goes away, any fix for this?

go into your skyrim directory, find the data/interface/ folder, look for a file called Translate_English.txt
open it, find the line stating with $LEVEL UP ____________ "this is the part you want to remove" (can't recall what it actually says)

highlight the text and replace it with a space " " (as in don't just delete it) it should look something like this: $LEVEL UP _________" "
then save. that should do it.

Thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions on how to fix this issue. There was a patch that came out that did change the "Level Up!" text a bit. Now less of each letter shows. I figured out the cause was me running the game above 1920 x 1080 resolution. I will try to push H next time I'm on the game as well as the solution that was linked in this thread, and I'll let everyone know if those things work. Thanks again. I'm having a great time playing this game. Enderal is an insanely good mod.
