Where/how to install Enderal ?

I a m in the Launcher, trying to install the game

i m on "enderal installationdatei"

telling me steam/steamappa/common/skyrim/EnderalInstall_DE.gz


and for some reasons i can't push the "weiter" button so i can't install the game, also i dont speak german

on the right corner it says 0% online and version 1.00

You need to download the installation package, step 3 on the release page https://enderal.com/?lang=en. Move it to the skyrim folder and and in the launcher select the folder you moved it to.
