Hi!
Suddenly (after 40 hoursin total of game) FPS decreased to 15-20 in first person view.
If I switch camera to third person view FPS backs to normal (60 fps). But if distance of camera for character is low - fps also decreased (for example in catacombs, rooms etc).
If I start New Game - FPS is first person view is NORMAL!
Already I have tried : reinstalling the game, delete skyrim.ini file, changing video quality settings. reinstalling video adapter drivers...No effect
Savegame in attachment.
Thanks!

welcome to the forum :)

I don't have that lag on your save (which is a good thing)
(seems more laggy in 3rd than 1st person :| )

to be sure, could you upload the skse file as well please?

also
- delete the SkyrimPrefs.ini
- disable the fastTravel mod

that might help :)

hm
this one is specific about 1st person lag:
[+] +
open SkyrimPrefs.ini in Notepad.
Locate [Controls] and then find 'bMouseAcceleration=1'
Change bMouseAcceleration=1 to bMouseAcceleration=0 instead;
this will disable "mouse smoothing" and "mouse acceleration" in Skyrim
source
you might also want to limit your fps to 60 (via drivers, a FPS Limiter or ENBoost)
if you didn't already do that.
(that's a general thing that helps with a lot of issues)

hope that helps :?:

EDIT
did you use any Cheats?
can you load earlier saves to check when that started?

I'm not using cheats at all. Only fast travel mod.
I haven't any previous saves with normal fps. But this bug appears around that moment when i became Dark Keeper. When I start use Devour Soul skill...
There are no line with 'bMouseAcceleration=1 in my ini file. I added it - but with no effect.
I thought that it maybe connected with degenerating video card (560Ti). But other games run normally.
Also if I start new game it gives me nice fps, so it seems graphic card is OK.
Something really strange.

I also tested your savegame and have the same problem as you.

Your video card does not seem to be the problem. I have a much faster RX480.
Playable for me (very high details) it was in 1st person only after I have regulated the graphic details down.
But the fps difference between 1st person and 3rd person remains :(

For safety's sake please give us a complete overview of your hardware.

I also took a look at your save and I also experience these kind of FPS drops. But I really don't know what would cause this kind of bug. At first it looks like script lag, but that would cause the papyrus log as well as your save to blow up. May I ask in which language and on what patch do you play?
Does the FPS get worse the longer you play? The more you use Devour Soul?

Yes, it get worse and worse in long period of time...at start it was 15-20 FPS in 1st person, now it 3-7 FPS (+20hrs of game). 3rd person stays playable around 30-50 fps, but at start was stable at 60+- fps (when 1st person starts lagging). I'm using this skill very often, but i cant see connection between cast of this skill and fps.
I'm playing russian version.
hardware (windows 10): https://prnt.sc/k80bz2
As I remember it starts when I first use Devour Soul after becoming Dark Keeper. This skill gets bloody vampiric aura around you.
I thought it was some bug texture from inventory or some dressed stuff, or some location textures. But obviously not

What I noticed when loading your save that the FPS stutters more in 1st person, but also in 3rd - my saves run with a stable 60 FPS, even old ones, but yours stutters in any perspective from 21 to 38, but not higher than that.
Furthermore - the sound of the music in the Ark market is out of tune. When I load my save, it works perfectly fine, but in yours, it sounds weird. Even when I manually reduced the FPS to 30, the sound of music in your save was still off.
Finally, I looked at the save with Wrye (it showed nothing wrong) and cleaned it with this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/, which did not do much beyond stabilise the FPS to 35-38 in both 1st and 3rd person view.

So, I don't think the issue you have is fully gone. But please try my cleaned save, and tell us how it goes. I also noticed a really weird thing: My saves eat up less than 50% of my GPU output, despite Mods and what not. Your save, however, even when I tab into the inventory or open a box, eats up 85-99% of my GPU output. That is kind of huge.
