Cut messages - they don't display correctly

I have a weird problem with messages that appear on screen. Looks like I don't see full text

For example message says:

Answers marked with >> carry the story forward, but there is a chance that some dialog options aren't available anymore

when it should be

Answers marked with >> carry the story forward, but there is a chance that some dialog options aren't available anymore after using them!

I tried to disable all mods - that didn't change.

Anyone has the same problem?
