Mod request Fix junk crafting classes.

I made a post asking if enchanting and alch were going to be fixed but then I thought it may just be best to ask the community to do it.

so here is my request
A mod that Gives
Alchemist 1-5, Experimenter 1-3, Green Thumb, and Purity perks automatically as you level Alchemy.
and Enchanter 1-5, Soul Siphon, Soul Squeezer, and Extra Effect perks automatically as you level enchanting.
a small script should be easy to make for this like this mod uses http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12872/?
