When I click on 'Find text' in skyrim creation kit, the creation kit stops working. does anybody knows how to fix this problem?
I have tried this already:

Yeah, this function broke at some point during the development, but we don't know why it broke or how to fix it. If you want to search through the dialogue, you should consider to create a dialogue export.

Any fix?

If your question is about dialogue (for example to use voice assets for an Enderal mod), you could try this tool. I haven't personally used it yet, but the author keeps improving on it and releasing optimized versions, and it does sound very helpful.
