Enderal: Forgotten Stories on steam

Hi guys
I got this last night and play for 10 minutes all I could do It was a work night and I'd be playing it til my alarm went off lol. Is Enderal: Forgotten Stories the whole game for Skyrim? I got the special pack or whatever it was .
Question is
Did ai take the whole Skyrim and made a whole new world based on the Skyrim game content?
Could this same thing be used for any game I own say mass effect? Just something I'd love to dabble with

Nice that you like Enderal so much
Enderal was not created by an AI.
Anyone who is familiar with this and knows how games are built can theoretically rebuild anything if they have the program code or at least an editor for it.

But it takes a lot of time, effort, expertise and interest in learning.
You can't build a game like Enderal on your own in a few months.
A small team worked on Enderal for a few years, but a lot of other people helped, see also Credits.txt in the game folder.
One of the biggest difficulties is not only a fascinating story,
but also the cooperation and organization of the team for the development time
and much more.
By the way, Enderal is not the only game that was created this way, there is also MyarAranath, Arktwend for Morrowind and Nehrim for Oblivion.
