greetings i am Raul ,39 years old,fan of goods RPG like Morrowind,Gothic 1,2,KOTOR 1,2,Dragon age.....etc
i play the english version of ARKTWEND. ITS a very good conversion with elements both morrowind and gothic is genial but it has some bugs like this:
i understand the main quest is in fact the thieves guild quest or very close,i go with TATE to NEMBREST,i talk with dwarven informant and when i back to TATE on the bridge THE NEXT DIALOG"what did you find out? the dwarf told me...........the stones seem...." is repeat and repeat and i cant exit of this topic no journal added and i cant continue this quest.
Any solutions or console code os some tipps or try to walk in the main quest in another way?

Are you using Arktwend English 3.1? If not, which version are you using? Thanks.

While you are at the bridge, are you able to open the console, click on Tate, and type the command "Goodbye"? That's a handy trick that sometimes works to get out of dialogue loops.
