An Arktwend question

So, I've been searching for a good guide to Arktwend, but they're either translated from German and almost impossible to follow in their Google translate form, or they're incomplete. So I just want to ask some questions about Arktwend in what seems to be the only English section of the board.

I've gotten into Arktwend for the first time, and have joined the city guard and am up to the Murder quest. Now what? I'm really unsure about how to advance the story, so can anyone give me a pointer in the right direction? I really want to get on track, have fun in and finish Arktwend so I can move onto Nehrim.
