I am not so sure I can stand Morrowind engine today. Specially the combat system and their hit/miss approach.

Yes, the combat is rather clunky, so if that is your main interest you probably would be disappointed, although it can be quite challenging and it is easy to get your butt kicked if you get a little careless. It is more about exploring an open world, and there are some very quaint places to discover. I think SureAI was still experimenting with ideas, some of which work well and some, not so much.
