[suggestion] Enchanting and alchemy

Right now Alchemy and enchanting are JUNK!
IE: for enchanting
At skill level 15
Stamina health, manna type buffs are +10
and all less cost buffs are 8%
damage are 7

At skill level 100
Stamina health, manna type buffs are +12
and all less cost buffs are 10%
damage are 12

Alchemy is not much better

so I was wondering if they are getting fixed any time soon

Alchemist 1-5, Experimenter 1-3, Green Thumb, and Purity perks automatically as you level Alchemy.
and Enchanter 1-5, Soul Siphon, Soul Squeezer, and Extra Effect perks automatically as you level enchanting.

Observed that problem also,
At enchanting level 15: 5 Fire damage
At enchaning level 50: 5 Fire damage

Yeap enchanting is too powerful at level 15

I agree with this and had the same thought myself. I think this would fit well with the changes to the skill trees, that said, I also realize there's a crafting patch coming sooner or later, so I look forward to what Sureai decides to do there.

Afterthought, the sell anything to anyone perk at 100 rhetoric would be nice too.
