Do I need any dlc to run Enderal?

I looked around and didn't see this mentioned. DO you need any of the four official DLC's packages to play Enderal?

I apologize if this question is stupid, but after looking around I didn't see a clear answer.

No, the DLCs are not a requirement to play Enderal. They decided against using that content so more people could enjoy the game.

Just to give you piece of mind that the info from Stampfer is correct, if you look at the SureAI page here http://sureai.net/games/enderal/?lang=en it states under Overview

Enderal is free and can be played by anyone owning a legal copy of TES V: Skyrim. (No DLCs are necessary.)
