I have just encountered a situation where I entered some Guard Towers in Ark Foreign Quarter and after a while got attacked without warning and I wanted to check what the expected behaviour was. I spotted some doors to the Guard Towers in the Foreign Quarter. They were not locked and gave no warning...

Reported to the tracker with a before and after save. It appears 100% reproducible too which is good (in a way).

Unless ENBoost adds any effects, I have not changed anything from the default settings except for a few small non-visual mods.

I know that UseEffect=false in enbseries.ini so all that stuff is off.
