It is really another piece of untranslated German text. It also appears in my Nehrim EN Version. I think it is displayed when we "mouse-over" one of the components which happens to have this property (like spider silk, if I recall correctly).

Seems to be giving me the german notifications and tutotal messages even though I'm playing the English version of Nehrim. I'am using the latest version of OBSE of course. I'd like to report I just found another piece of non-translated German text. It was found on a skeleton on Fold Valley, way south to the Old Mine. The levelup notice must be from a mod. If you turn off mods, it will be in English again. Please be so kind and point out to the author of the mod that he used a German version of a script. As for the notes, you are right. As for mods, the only ones I am using are FastRoasting(EN).esp and JOG's Neh...
