Have you downloaded the installation files (Number 4) as well as the Launcher (Number 3) as that's what the launcher is looking for.

That's the 2nd file you need to download (number 4) after the Launcher (number 3) then place it in the skyrim folder and then run the launcher again

Yeah I'm now at 320kb/s on a 65gb fibre line and 4 1/4 hours.... Hence why as soon as the torrent is up I'm going to swap straight to that as it's got to be faster

Mod.db started out at 40mins to finish download and now up to 2 hours 1 min...lol

it's better to use that. Hype is coming back now... Yeah sureAI say that themselves, but I'm guessing it's just slower getting it up on the torrent to start with than to mod.db Edit... ninja'd and about as I thought...cheers Edit 2... if mod.db get much slower I'll stop and use the torrent at this ...
