When you found the first one in Treomar, you should have gotten an update about the 2nd location, which is the outpost. You'll need to take a glider, the game calls it a slider, to reach the outpost. The glider is quite a ways east of Treomar and you'll take a winding path up a mountain to reach it....

It's a mis-translation. You're looking for a glider. It'll look similar to dwarven stuff from Morrowind. You'll know it when you see it.

You must only have the 3 Nehrim files running. Disable the Oblivion.esm and all other data files. Do not run the game from Oblvion's launcher, but from Nehrim's launcher. HTH.

I loved the design of the tutorial area, just not the emptiness. I felt like you spent a LOT of time just wandering around empty corridors. It was supposed to be ?haunting?. I'm not sure what the point was of the dungeon. There is another very dull dungeon much later, that was also pointless. Howeve...
