Thanks to everybody who helped me work this out, turns out it was the custom race mod i have installed. its a real shame to because i kinda wanted this one to work under nehrim.

I just checked it with FCIV and the MD5 Checksum matches the one that you provided. hmmmm do you think that the remnants of a mod are causing Nehrim to not locate this files correctly? im still puzzled why that mages voices worked and no others have.
