I copied the Enderal.ini and EnderalPrefs.ini into the My Games\Skyrim folder, renamed them to their Skyrim names and TES5EDIT worked. Thanks. I am finding the close follow distance extremely frustrating. You can drag a companion around fine but the moment you stop and crouch to take a quick bow shot they run into the back of you and push you. Every damned time!

For what it is worth, it did it to me too but I had a save right before. It took two goes to get past but it did on the second try even with the same dialog choices. I stood back a bit to give her pathing more freedom to go where she wanted without me being in the way.
