when you're answering you got a blue marked "Options" and next to it "Attachments" under the text box
there you can "add files"
and as said, you need to zip / rar them, the forum doesn't like skse - files

issue seems the other way around - did you keep your game up to date before the system crashed? the message sounds like you're trying to load a save from a way earlier patch. don't know if that could cause issues :?: otherwise, please upload a savegame, found in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\saves w...
