Well for a strange reason my update check option was turned off while I didn't know.

So in the end I think that your version of the mod isn't updated.

I think that is the crypt in the part's of the road near the Beacon Site.

There is the same book on a mound in front of the entrance.

There were Black Gouls, Undead Mages (very strong) and ghosts inside the crypt.
