Some people had issues with the progress of time in the game. To find out if that is the case for you, type show timescale in the console. If it is not 10, type set timescale to 10.
If time really didn't progress normally for the NPCs, then I guess it was Sunday everyday for them .

I don't know what caused your first problem, but if you let Steam "repair" your Skyrim, parts of your Enderal installation were replaced in the process. I am afraid you will have to reinstall at least Enderal to get it running again, maybe also a fresh installation of Skyrim first just to be safe. O...

I haven't tried this myself, but set SympathyCalia to x will change her sympathy rating. I had x=150 in my game (without cheating). I guess she liked me well enough, though I didn't romance her, so I am not sure if 150 works for the romance option.

I was sure I saw a mod which lets you play without the main quest, but can't find it anymore. Did I imagine it or does it exist? What do you mean by "play without the mainquest"?
