I had exactly the same issue (the team seems to know about it)
But when I quit the game and loaded my save, everything was present that was lacking before. Obviously a game engine bug.

Go to an anvil and try the blueprint. It will be grayed out but you can see which (and how many) things you need to craft it.

Meditation world (=Akropolis) is a separate worldspace, like Vyn (or Skyrim). If I drop items in an exterior in Vyn (or Skyrim) they remain there as well. At least that's what I have experienced.
