yeah, Arantheal seems stuck - but you don't need to worry about him,
you can just use the third door in the room, that one is open.

when you're coming back outside he should be back to normal, the quest continued as it's supposed to

sorry to hear that, but maybe don't give up yet! in case you didn't check these possibilities - maybe the issue wasn't a single mod but your loadorder or some incompatibility with each other? - are your mods up to date? - can you load a save with just the house mod installed and grab your equipment?...
