You receive experience points for each magic symbol you find, and the more you find, the higher the experience is for each. But 200? 140? There are 98 that can be found without using the console codes, and one more that can be found using an unlock command. That's 99 at most. 140??

I've never had a problem with the chests. Realistically, what choice do you have? You can't carry everything you want to keep, so you either put it in the chests or sell it. Especially if you want to collect all the different parts of armor sets, there's no way to carry them all.

Moon Sheep and Team Spirit are side quests, so they have nothing to do with initiating main quests. "Into the Forsaken Country" is part of the main quest, so can't say what you need to do without knowing what you have completed in the main quest.
