What do farmers\gardens use to scare birds away?

It probably doesn't matter that you have Darkdarn installed right now but should have tried first without any mods. Check to see if it coppied the Oblivion files over to the Nehrim folder, make sure they are the orginals.

Does this freeze happen for you every 30 seconds? I know that I have gotten the same type of freeze after an hour or more of play and sometimes never. Did you make sure and check the English.esp in the Nehrim Laucher? I know it does not say so in the ReadMe but you have to have it checked also. So there are three files instead of two.

You will find many non-essential notes, notices and books that are not translated as of yet everything that is essential to doing all the quests has been translated. Are you saying that when you open your inventory you do not have a torch? If there is not one there that is a weird one.
