aside from what Hoxyd says, do you have any textures installed that maybe don't use an *.esp?
(that would be your explanation for the invisible mountain lions)

what mod is nwrev?

we checked your save - there doesn't seem to be an issue with teleporting or walking into these locations.
(mountain lions are also pretty visible)
the game is pretty laggy though.

this is due to outdated mods. (or Oblivion mods that can't be used with Nehrim anyways)

since we apparently don't have one and the issue popped up, here's finally an ENGLISH INSTALLATION GUIDE that should work.
it works with both GOG and Steam.
it's very much based on this one on reddit


1. install a clean backup of Morrowind . use GOG or CD/DVD version if you have the choice, Steam ...

I edited credits a little. Some Deutsch symbols aren't displayed properly on Russian system,
so I changed them to English equivalents, so developers names will be shown properly + added our team near end of credits as additional category
