I fixed it, I had put the launcher on my desktop but it doesn't work

It looks like the game isn't updating properly because all of the options in the launcher are not clickable so I can't get to the data files

Yeah the game starts up but when I say yes to starting a new game nothing happens it just stays at the menu

When I try to click on data files on the launcher it is whited out and I can't do anything except quit plz help
