can someone convert duke patrics archery mod http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/514-duke-patricks-combat-archery/

I got it working by just changing the master file from Oblivion.ESM to Nehrim.ESM using Wyre Bash.

but it also needs obse.how do you install obse.the same as in original oblivion
