I will look on it. How this cloak is called in game? Is it that "cloak" which attached to hood?
I already fixed few things including few scripts one of which broken levitation and teleport disabling. May be some day I will fix all bugs.

Actually I found reason of that too.
There is some script somewhere that spams "EnableLevitation" thing. Also it runs from beginning of game so associated object probably have persistent reference flag on it. This bug also exists in german version.

I found a problem that I can not fix or even understand.
The commands DisableLevitation and EnableLevitation seems to be broken.

Those robbers are just regular enemies but they are controlled by script.
They get enabled after 21 00 and disabled after 7 00. They also non agressive but guided by script to attack PC if it gets closer than 40ft. They respawn and not involved in any quests. And I know this because this scripl ...

Yep it is 1.6.1820.

In some "corner" of stormwend walls will be an npc and it will "forcegeet" you when you get close enough.
