Kim doesn't start a conversation or anything, her and the guard just stare at me and I hear footsteps upstairs...

When I reach the Monastery and follow the guard into the castle to meet Collisto for the first time all I see is Kim and the guard standing inside the entrance and Collisto never comes down stairs........

The Mod doesnt seem to work for me :/ when i try to enter sanctum or talk to certain key NPC's my game crashes, and if i deactivate the mod the NPC's are voiceless.. I think it might be a problem with the sound folder or maybe where i put the sound, meshes, and textures :/ I have no idea but please ...
