Turn Any Anti-viruses off when you are installing and also turn UAC off whilst installing, give that a shot and try again.

Now if only i can get a few more mods to work.....

Sounds like a lot of work went into your character, and i thought i put alot of work into mine by sitting at the design screen for over an hour and downloading several mods to get the face textures just right

I just checked it with FCIV and the MD5 Checksum matches the one that you provided. hmmmm do you think that the remnants of a mod are causing Nehrim to not locate this files correctly? im still puzzled why that mages voices worked and no others have.
