I couldn't know, but judging from it using .net framework, it probably is C#. And making the launcher probably ain't that hard either: Basically a link to the Oblivion.exe in Nehrim folder to boot the game up, importing and then writing into .ini files of Oblivion to change settings, and update just ...

Aaand a couple of questions! Crafting, skills and stuff Jump to post
1) When you level up (or when you increase your crafting skill), do crafted weapons get better, or do they always remain the same?
2) When your skill levels to another proficiency level (like the journeyman, apprentice etc.), do you get the same bonuses as in Oblivion?
3) Do crates in world respawn ...

So, while we're at it: I have gained the Iselas family quest from the remains of dead adventurer in the wilderness. Now where the heck is the key to another parts of the dungeon? I assumed it's gonna be somewhere around the final resting place of the poor adventurer, but can't find it anywhere

Locked doors Jump to post
During my random exploration, I have come across several locked doors. Are those parts of some sort of quest, as in Oblivion, or can I find the keys lying somewhere around? I am now near the desolated house (in the general vicinity of Giliad) and would really, REALLY like to find out what's inside.
