1. No. I personally would like more quests and locations to explore. Seaside + more islands like in Morrowind for example.

No. These scrolls works for attributes only. There are no damage skills magic effects, as I know, so there are no opposite - restoration spell too.
Meaningless. Our case is right and we will take victory anyway.

I was trying some sets of armor on menu mode. After took off three parts of Alessia armor my heavy armor skill has had damaged by four.
1. Bug or War Cry revenge ?
2. I know that not correct place ,but if someone could tell how restore damaged skills in Nehrim I will be thankful.

I was thinking about four empty left side enchant window slots and four levels of each magic schools . But maybe better not, to save game balance. Thank you for response.
