Ok guys nevermind, it turn out it is because the data files for Nehrim weren't activated to begin with, it works now.
On the main screen I select New Game and it comes up with the confirmation to start one which I accept. Then it does...nothing. It doesn't start a new game. I doesn't crash, it just does nothing at all :/

I remember having a problem with a game doing this and it turned out the resolution was too big for my screen (that is not the case with this though ...
