i think there's a little bit of an overview of the classes in the enderal wiki (iirc), basically you just need to put 10 individual points in the right ability sets to get the advanced classes.

didn't i bring this up in another thread? well, anyway... this either means that A.) the starcity isn't actually immune to the red madness. B.) somehow fleshless lost ones made it to the starcity. or finally C.) once upon a time the starcity was immune, however something changed and it is no longer ...
for me, i'd say it's the flee ending that takes the cake... and anyway, either way you cut it nothing is really resolved by the end. and, given everything going on by the end of the game... i find it unlikely the sacrifice ending would give you a net gain.
