Ooh, I figured it out. The installer put Neh9C20.tmp and Neh479C.tmp in my C:\Windows\Temp folder for some reason and must have filled up what was left of my C drive and crashed before it ever got the chance to ask me where they should be moved from that point on.

That's the weird thing, the installer didn't make a Nehrim or a SureAI folder or create anything obvious like that I can find, but it did somehow add over 1.5 gigs of something somewhere on my C drive, which was about all the space I had left there.
