Figured it out! I clicked on Morten in the console and write "set warnung to 3".
I'm having a problem with the beginning gate quests where the guard asks me to fortify the gate. I went into the upper mine and got the shovels, but when I bring them back all he does is tell me to stay away from the gate. I think the mages are supposed to attack, but they aren't. Help?
