That's odd. I quit the game last night, only to open it this morning, and suddenly this quest works. Kim started talking to me, and I was then able to call for Callisto.

Hello. I've done the first thing in this quest and I've found the first "gifted", so now I am to go to Erothin and alter Remans memory. I am to find him at the Erothin Cemetary, but I can't seem to find the cemetary. Anyone knows where it is?

I am so far very pleased with the game, but I've got some requests, which to me made Oblivion so much funner:

Allow fast travel
Making it possible to speak to guards to ask for directions (ex: I can't find the cemetery in Erothin and there isn't a marker even though my quests tells me to go there ...

Yeah, the problem is the chest didn't contain my belongings.. Found the key, tho

I pretty much have the same problem - can't find the darn key. I've looted all corpses, I even went outside and killed two mercenaries (at the mountainentrance), but I still can't find the key.. Any further explanation about where it is?
