I did everthing the readme said however i still cannot start a new game, i enabled the .esp and esm's in the launcher but i still have all the same problems

I dont get a launcher for nehrim nor do i get the opportunity to accept or deny anything

I'm rather new to the mod process, I cannot start a new game in nehrim whenever i click yes "i want to start a new game" it brings me back to the main menu. on another forum i saw someone else had the same problem and fixed by enabling .esm files, however im dont know how to do this.
