Could this be quest bug?

After leaving the sewers I ran my own routes and Dratis was left behind. I picked up the note before he had time to arrive to the camp.

He just ansvers "I have nothing to say to you"

I could use some help with this one.

I exited the sewers and went in the place marked on the map. Searched area and found note saying "Only stupid people call the Cahbaet garden brew by that name"

There is Mahrnitz brewery not far on north and another one in Cahbaet, but I haven't found anythin ...
