No idea either, if there's an issue it must be a time bomb or something, because I made several adjustments with the .esp enabled, and I don't have any problems.. well, the occasional crash.. but I always have that.

Thanks for the fix... I am getting this too. I'm down to under 10 fps in some spots despite running an i7 quadcore with 8 gb ram. I thought it was just down to the amount of items(specifically trees and plants) in that area. Are the trees there meshes or billboard versions?
