After I finished the quest with soap and helmet and returned to the gate, I can not find Morten anywhere..
It seems he's not in the area at all..

Is there any way to get him back? Maybe using some console command or something?

I deleted all my mods and reinstalled Oblivion. I have a GOTY edition and it has the right patch. I uncheked the Oblivion.esm in the Nehrim launcher and cheked the Nehrim.esm the NehrimData.esp and the NehrimEnglish.esp. I created the oblivion.ini with the Nehrim launcher. Yet i still cant start a ...

the possible solution:
Open up Data Files in the launcher
Check all the checkboxes (Nehrim.esm, NehrimData.esm, NehrimEnglish.esm). It can be hard to do, so try clicking on different points within ckeckboxes.
Press Accept
Launch the game

This worked for me.
