What.. it was a fresh install. Fully updated. I didn't move anything and UAC is disabled.

All depends on your ISP and UL speed. I have a steady 100-120KB/s upload. I've uploaded about 10GB so far. 
What Nehrim modules did you check? You only need NehrimData and NehrimEnglish checked. I had the same issue, did that and it worked fine. My only issue now is that I can't more at start, used no clip to get out of the 'stuck' area and was moving INCREDIBLY slow. As if I was over-encumbered.
