I can't wear this item either, I don't seem to be able to pick it up though.
As for 'invisible' items though, be sure to check your inventory via the tab key or whatever inventory button - not all merchants buy all things, and none of them will buy quest items, so these items will not show in buy ...

Note that although general alerts are not shown, their underlying actions DO happen. For example, your game IS quicksaved, you DO get the skill upgrades, etc.. Just that the reporting text is not shown.

I've noticed that a certain specific wind sound, while very high up, doesn't stop even after teleporting to somewhere else.
Willpower/endurance is what builds up fatigue. Build up your blocking skill and be prepared for battles to last slightly longer than those involving magic spamming. Casting seems to drain almost no fatigue and power attacks are not as affected by low stamina as normal attacks are.
As I understand it, you ask to go to your box at the vault and place these documents (though I've only found one so far :)) in the little chest that has your money in - not the 'safe and secure storage' that you find here and in most towns. The inventory can be toggled between icons-only and oblivion default by clicking the diamond at the top-left.
I too find the font hard to read - the colour needs to be thicker and/or the outline.
